Podcasts and Video Channels

In the past few years, content has moved from written form to audio and video. You keep hearing people say Podcasts, SoundCloud, FB live and Vlogs, these mediums allows content creators to have alternate ways to make more impact to their audience as opposed to only written form (books and blogs). World known authors, entrepreneurs, influencers or celebrities are all diving into these mediums to expand their reach and it has been very effective and lucrative. Much of these contents are free for us to consume, they make money via sponsorships and advertising, its a win-win situation for both the content creators and the audience. There are many platforms/channels to consume these types of contents and we have listed below some of our favorites for you to try if you are onto the startup journey.

Time Ferriss is famous for his best selling book “The 4-Hour Workweek” release a decade ago and still remain as one of the most purchased books today. He interviews the world’s most famous people and tries to deconstruct their daily habits, routines, and secrets behind how they got to where they are today. He is an excellent interviewer and discusses very deep subjects across many disciplines – this depends on the background of the interviewee. There are usually many takeaways that you can pick up and experiment with your daily lives. These interviews are usually 1-2 hours long and trust us, they are never boring.

From the knowledge that he gained during those interviews, he recently released 2 other books which puts all those valuable lessons in a condense written form. These are priceless knowledge in a bible, for the price of the book there is nothing to compare.
